This role requires a strong background in .NET, C#, API development, and enterprise integrations, with specific experience integrating with Workday. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive and forward-thinking developer who can take ownership of projects and lead technical initiatives. - 7 years of experience in software development
- Strong experience with:
- .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET
- C#
- ASP.NET MVC and/or Web API development
- RESTful API development and integrations
- Experience with Workday integrations (APIs, web services, or data integration)
- Experience with:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular and/or React.js
- ADO.NET / Entity Framework
- SQL / relational databases
- Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools)
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Strong understanding of full-stack development (front-end, middle-tier, back-end)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with financial or accounting systems
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with Telerik UI components
- Experience with SSRS reporting
- Experience designing and building secure ASP.NET applications
- Experience with enterprise system integrations
- Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based web applications
- Build and support Workday integrations and API-based solutions
- Develop and consume REST APIs and web services
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Translate requirements into technical designs and solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews)
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications
- Support deployment and ongoing system maintenance
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR
- Equivalent combination of education and 7 years of relevant experience
- Temporarily hybrid: position will transition to 100% onsite in Lincoln, NE
- Must have reliable attendance
- Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
