- Non-Functional (QoS) Requirements
- Create Business Process Models (BPMN) and workflow diagrams
- Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Define report specifications and system outputs
- Translate business needs into technical and testable requirements
- Create visual representations of complex business processes
- Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and system design
- 4 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Strong experience with:
- Requirements Gathering Methodologies
- Business, Functional, and Non-Functional Requirements
- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree) or equivalent experience
- Experience working in government or healthcare environments (nice to have)
