Oversee the marketing technology stack, including platforms such as Iterable and customer data platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
Manage website strategy, including content updates, optimization, and user experience enhancements.
Drive adoption and retention of the company's mobile app through targeted digital campaigns.
Develop strategies for loyalty and rewards programs, integrating them seamlessly into the broader digital experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in both B2B and B2C environments.
Demonstrated expertise in marketing consumer-facing mobile apps, including acquisition and retention strategies.
Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology platforms, such as Iterable and customer data platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights effectively.
Proven ability to oversee website strategy and digital content optimization.
Familiarity with customer experience tools and best practices to influence journey design.
