Director of Cybersecurity: Lead the Charge Against Cyber Threats

We're looking for a seasoned security pro to be the CISO's right-hand person and drive our client's comprehensive security strategy forward. As the operational backbone of our InfoSec Program, you'll protect our client's assets and sensitive financial data from sophisticated cyber threats.

Your Mission:

• Lead our Security Operations Center, incident response, and enterprise security tools
• Bridge strategic vision and tactical excellence, ensuring 24/7 protection
• Drive continuous improvement across our security stack, from endpoint to cloud
• Translate complex threats into actionable defenses and manage key vendor relationships

• Deep technical knowledge and operational excellence
• Thrives in dynamic environments and manages multiple critical initiatives
• Proven success building and running enterprise security operations
• Strong communication skills and a passion for technology
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security systems, incident response, vulnerability management, and tech risk
• Lead security projects, contribute to awareness programs and policy development
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and lead high-severity incident response
• Collaborate with tech teams, business associates, and executives
  
  

What We Want to See:

• Microsoft tech expertise (Defender, Entra, Intune, Sentinel, Azure) is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, or Engineering
• 8 years of InfoSec experience, with a focus on cybersecurity
• Experience in financial services or consulting a plus
