Director of Business Process

Introduction:

The Director of Business Process will play a key role in creating future state flows for Financial Services Fin Ops and developing business requirements for IT to automate processes. This position is integral to the project in Financial Services, involving a review of various financial processes and the evaluation of centralization options.

Responsibilities:

• Review settlement, funding, pricing, billing, collections, compliance, disputes, and card chargebacks across Financial products.
• Create future state documentation and automation requirements.
• Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Apply accounting or finance knowledge to streamline processes.
• Implement process redesign strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Leverage AI and automation knowledge to drive innovation.
• Document requirements for IT to facilitate automation and AI implementation.
• Manage change requests effectively to ensure smooth transitions.
  
  

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Great communication skills
• Accounting or finance knowledge
• Process redesign experience
• AI / Automation knowledge
• Experience documenting requirements for IT
• Change management experience
• Understanding of current state documentation, drafting future state, and business requirements for automation and AI
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Six Sigma and/or CPA certification
• 8 years of experience in Healthcare, Process Redesign, Finance, and Accounting Knowledge
