- 10 years of Direct, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (at least one implementation or major enhancement).
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, SCM,OTM, CX based on scope.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion configuration and functional design.
- Strong understanding of: Oracle Fusion configuration vs. customization, Functional setup tasks and workflows.
- Strong documentation skills (functional requirements, process flows, user stories).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience with large or mid-enterprise ERP implementations (500 employees).
- Exposure to integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Oracle implementation methodologies.
- Experience supporting HCM, Financials, or Payroll-related processes.
- Experience working with external system integrators or consulting partners.
