responsibilities:
- Help serve the front line of incoming technical service requests, outage incidents and digital
- Communicate with installation, service, maintenance and software/hardware engineers -
- Document system incident outcomes and prioritize escalated issues in our incident and
- Respond with a great sense of urgency to demanding deadlines in a fast-paced
internal processes with a high level of detail.
- Monitor Webcams for visual issues on digital billboards.
- Utilize various monitoring systems to identify issues with the digital billboards.
- High school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of IT support experience
- Ability to interact comfortably with a variety of people over the phone, email or instant
manufacturers and service contractors.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity.
