Responsibilities:
- Own digital product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery priorities
- Translate business goals into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, UI/UX, and analytics teams to deliver scalable digital solutions
- Lead product lifecycle execution from discovery and concept through launch, iteration, and optimization
- Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and use customer feedback to improve digital experiences
- Drive enterprise enablement, operational efficiency, ecommerce engagement, and customer-facing product outcomes
- Balance user experience, business value, technical feasibility, speed, quality, and long-term scalability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of digital product ownership or product management experience
- Proven success delivering operational, enterprise, ecommerce, or customer-facing digital solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, roadmaps, and backlogs
- Experience with Azure DevOps, analytics platforms, Google Analytics, Power BI, ERP, POS, or ecommerce platforms
- Strong communication skills with technical teams, business leaders, and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities, drive measurable outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
