Immediate and contract to perm opening for a hands-on Digital Marketing Operations Manager to support execution across web and app channels. This role is focused on campaign coordination, content publishing, testing, and performance tracking within a highly cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital campaign execution across web, app, and CRM channels
- Publish and maintain content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Support A/B testing and personalization using Adobe Target
- Coordinate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Monitor performance metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Manage local listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp)
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
- 4 years of digital marketing operations or program management experience
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience with Adobe Target (testing/personalization)
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and performance metrics
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (mParticle or similar)
- Experience supporting cross-channel campaigns (web, app, CRM)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure
- Experience supporting consumer or multi-location brands
