Responsibilities:
Build, improve, and maintain DevOps automation processes that support DC-MLS Enterprise deployments and initial site stand-up activities. Develop and manage Linux-based deployment, configuration, and operational workflows across secure environments. Create and maintain automation and scripting solutions to streamline provisioning, support repeatable deployments, and improve platform reliability. Use configuration management and version control tools to manage changes, support releases, and strengthen deployment consistency. Partner with enterprise and core teams to support DC-MLS implementations across HPC and other contract environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Security certification
- 5 years of combined experience in Linux, scripting or software development, and configuration management
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Perl, Korn, Bourne/Bash, Ansible, and other shell scripting tools
- Experience with revision control and source management tools, including CVS, SVN, Git, GitLab, and GitLab CI
- Experience developing and managing DevOps deployment automation processes
- Experience supporting secure enterprise deployments in mission-focused environments
- Experience with Linux-based DevOps workflows across HPC or multi-level secure systems
- Experience improving deployment speed, consistency, and operational support through automation
