- Strong Windows and Linux operations experience.
- AWS expertise in operations and DevOps.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and HashiCorp tools.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Java, or Shell).
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory).
- Familiarity with APM tools (NewRelic, AppDynamics) and log monitoring (Splunk, CloudWatch).
- Database experience with SQL Server and Postgres.
- Strong understanding of network security and compliance (DNS, VPN, IAM, WAF, etc.).
- Experience with cloud network design (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with Fortigate, Citrix Netscaler, or similar firewall/load balancing tools.
- Kubernetes cluster optimization and security.
- VPN solutions with 2FA.
- Knowledge of PCI or SOC compliance.
- Experience with JIRA and the Atlassian stack.
- Participate in a hybrid work schedule from our Raleigh office (3 days onsite).
- Manage scalable, distributed systems in cloud environments (primarily AWS).
- Automate infrastructure and configuration using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
- Monitor system health and performance using APM and log analysis tools.
- Support secure deployments and upgrades in production and pre-production environments.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for critical systems.
- Design and execute test plans and automation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing systems, ensuring compliance and patching.
- Collaborate on DevOps strategy and provide technical direction on key initiatives.
- Deliver internal training and documentation as needed.
