Job Summary
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a PC Lifecycle Replacement project within a healthcare environment. Job Summary
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a PC Lifecycle Replacement project within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for desktop hardware and software issues
- Image, configure, and deploy new desktop and laptop systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users
- Decommission and properly dispose of legacy equipment
- Assist with inventory tracking and equipment management
- Deliver excellent customer service to staff and stakeholders
- Support ongoing PC refresh initiatives
- Basic experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with device imaging and deployment processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds as needed
- On-site role in a healthcare setting
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
