About The Role

What You Ll Do
- Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, allocation, and documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding from a device standpoint.
- Perform routine updates, patches, and security checks on desktops.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions.
- 3-5 years of experience in desktop administration or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with asset tracking tools and basic networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time onsite role.
- Prior experience in a corporate IT environment.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.
