You will be responsible for complex troubleshooting, hardware/software repair, and ensuring high levels of technical support across various environments.
1 Ticketing Tool
– Experience working on ticketing tool
– Manage SLAs, set priorities, and assign tickets to other groups
– Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Request).
2 Communication Channels
3 Software/Methods for User Communication
– software or methods do they use to communicate with users
4 End User Computing (EUC)
5 Network Support Troubleshooting
– Able to describe their experience or approach to troubleshooting network issues.
6 ITIL Infrastructure Knowledge
7 Cloud Services is plus
