Desktop Support

Location: Fargo, ND

Type: 24 months with possible extension

Summary:

Provide onsite Tier 2 deskside support to ensure smooth operation of computing environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, imaging systems, managing assets, and resolving ServiceNow tickets.

Key Duties:

• Perform routine IT tasks: computer imaging, printer maintenance, asset disposal.
• Resolve technical issues using KB articles; escalate as needed.
• Maintain documentation, inventory, and process logs.
• Communicate effectively via email and coordinate with vendors.
  
  

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computing, networking, and security concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet/intranet tools.
• 1 year IT experience preferred; entry level candidates welcome.
• Degree in IT or equivalent experience; High School diploma required.
  
  

Additional:

• Safety gear (metatarsals) required on Day 1.
