Key Responsibilities:
- Provide endpoint vulnerability remediation support using various tools and techniques to remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to calls received to the Client Desk
- Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve desktop vulnerabilities
- Remotely access and support end-user machines to achieve first call resolution
- Utilize Client as the ticketing tool to track and escalate incidents for end users
- Participate in projects and program initiatives within the team
- Key Skills; Servicenow, Windows, Mac
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- 1 year of equivalent Client support experience
- 1 years of equivalent Windows OS support experience
- 2 years of end-user support experience
- 1 years experience with Client
- 1 years of experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools (Qualys, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, BeyondTrust)
