Description

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, is resourceful in their problem-solving skills and is able to think creatively. This individual will work together with a team to provide both local and remote support for all of our employees and will take on projects that will require clear communication and completion in a timely manner. Consistently provides white glove support and solutions to end users.

Delivers onsite, email, and chat support for end user Mac and Windows systems and applications.

Collaborates with team members and leadership to implement effective support processes, procedures, and documentation.

Identifies opportunities for business enablement through the strategic use of technology.

Handles ordering, receiving, tracking, and issuing of hardware, software, and peripherals.

Performs new hire onboarding, including account creation, phone provisioning, and computer/desk setup.

Mentors team members to enhance overall team performance.

Ensures service level agreement (SLA) objectives are consistently met.

Manages, supports, and provisions business applications in a cloud-based environment.

Writes clear, concise documentation for team members using wiki tools such as Zendesk or Confluence.

Evaluates and recommends new software platforms and services.

Keeps all operating systems up to date.

Provides AV support during team all-hands meetings.

Required Technical Skills:

3-5 years of experience working in a desktop support environment.

Extensive experience with Windows OS administration and applications

Must have with MDM tools SCCM or Intune

Experience with Microsoft 365, including comprehensive knowledge of all applications and services within.

Working knowledge of VoIP (Cisco) and V/C systems and internet-based video conferencing such as Zoom.

Comfortable with managing and manipulating directory systems (AD, LDAP).

Experience supporting TCP/IP networks and wireless networking.

Experience with modern collaboration technologies.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
