What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Technician position at Jobs via Dice?
This position will provide IT support for our clients labs. Our labs serve as a workspace for a variety of engineering activities. The client landscape includes a variety of current and legacy technology including; Windows, Red Hat, Ubuntu, Solaris systems and accompanying hardware. Lab systems adhere to strict Government regulations and team members must operate in accordance with Corporate policies.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Qualifications:
Government Security Clearance is a nice to have but not required.
Candidate should have at least 2 years med/large enterprise experience in at least two of the following:
Desktop, pc technician, Customer service, Help desk support, phone support ms office, Troubleshooting, office 365, active directory

Strong customer service skills. Team player mentality. Patience and problem solving skills.
