We are seeking an IT Support Technician to support a team during a technology refresh project. This in-person role operates in a walk-up style IT Clinic, assisting end users with hardware and software issues, performing PC deployments, and accurately updating asset records in ServiceNow. The technician will troubleshoot technical problems, install and configure equipment, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Ideal candidates have experience in troubleshooting, deployments, imaging, ticketing systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and ServiceNow, along with strong communication skills and effective time management. A two-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
