Role: Desktop Support Technician

Locations: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

Duration: Long term contract on C2C/ W2

Job Description:

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-users'' desktop and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications including
  • Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.
  • Communicate and work comfortably with customer executives and end users.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Document all support activities, including resolutions, in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure compliance with customer IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage incoming inventory as part of the project
  • Reimage laptops to new version of image
