Candidate must work onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, TX.

Support can consist of day-to-day trouble calls or user requests, supporting on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device maintenance / upkeep. The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in troubleshooting problems with some or all these types of devices, communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the organization, along with providing excellent customer service.
This resource will be supporting roughly 300 end users (Global Logistics associates) with approximately 25 tickets per shift, per person.

- This candidate will need basic Networking skills in order to effectively communicate with the Network Engineer
- The client uses the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Manhattan PkMS and RedWorks Pick-to-Light
- ServiceNow Ticketing System
- This position involves a lot of walking
- Ideal candidate is able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
