The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience supporting desktop and laptop deployments.

IRG Clients is seeking a Desktop Support Technician with at least 2 years of experience providing end-user technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience supporting desktop and laptop deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, image, deploy, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist users during device setup, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
- Manage inventory, equipment replacements, and proper disposal of retired devices.
- Document, track, and close support tickets while meeting service-level expectations.
- Travel periodically to support multiple locations and assist with project-based assignments.
- Minimum 2 years of desktop support or IT support experience.
- Strong remote troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience imaging and deploying Windows-based devices.
- Excellent customer service and end-user communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience with Audio/Visual (AV) integration and support.
- Experience supporting enterprise hardware refresh and deployment projects.
- Must be a Wisconsin resident and able to work 100% onsite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed.
- Flexible schedule availability, including occasional workdays exceeding 8 hours.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between work locations when required.
