Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site desktop and laptop support for end users in the Charlotte office
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Windows and Mac devices
- Support Microsoft applications including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Office Suite
- Image PCs and assist with device setup, deployment, and replacement
- Provide support for video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx
- Troubleshoot and maintain conference room and video room equipment
- Support users in other office locations through remote access tools
- Work closely with the Site Support Team to ensure timely issue resolution and user satisfaction
- Experience in desktop/laptop support in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Office 365)
- Hands-on experience with PC imaging and deployment
- Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room technologies
- Mac support experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
