- Network troubleshooting
- Microsoft workstation and server OS troubleshooting
- Azure / Intune management of site devices
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Network printing and printer configuration (Particularly HP and Zebra products)
- Server, Workstation, Laptop, and Thin Client hardware management and troubleshooting (currently HP Based)
- Ticket based request / incident / change management system
- Cross functional groups interaction
- Lead projects as well as initiatives to ensure improvement of infrastructure components or processes.
