Job Description
- Experience: 5 plus years
- Monitor assess and manage cyber risks across systems applications and user environments.
- Support cyber governance activities compliance tracking and mitigation planning.
- Lead or coordinate IT related projects including planning execution and reporting.
- Maintain project schedules risks and documentation in alignment with delivery goals.
- Provide laptop support including configuration troubleshooting patching and endpoint compliance.
- Handle user issues related to network authentication VPN software and device performance
- Perform infrastructure administration tasks such as server checks backups and policy enforcement.
- Support change management incident management and configuration updates.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity infrastructure and operations teams to ensure stability and compliance.
- Maintain documentation SOPs and reporting dashboards for continuous operational improvement.
