- Proven hands-on experience with O365, VMware Horizon VDI, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Strong documentation abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly and assist with a variety of IT initiatives as needed.
- Willingness to provide off-hours support on a rotation basis.
