Provide timely and effective support for Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Monitor and maintain hardware performance, addressing any troubleshooting needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols during support operations.
Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements
Proven experience with PC desktop and workstation support.
Proficiency in managing and navigating Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of desktop hardware installation and maintenance.
