Desktop Engineer - Hardware Refresh Project
Overview
We are seeking Deployment Technicians to support a high-volume hardware refresh project involving approximately 2,500 devices, with the potential for extension. This role is part of a collaborative team consisting of a Lead and 2-4 technicians, focused on delivering efficient, large-scale device deployments in a professional, customer-facing environment.

Pay And Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Perform "search and destroy" workstation replacements (locate, remove, and install devices)
- Execute hot swaps of thin clients, laptops, and monitors
- Ensure all equipment is properly connected, tested, and fully functional
- Transfer user data and reconnect printers during deployments
- Provide direct, hands-on support to end users throughout the process
- Follow project schedules and direction from the Lead Technician
- Fast-paced, customer-facing setting (healthcare experience highly preferred)
- Requires professionalism and strong communication skills
