The Desktop Engineer will support and manage enterprise endpoint devices with a focus on ChromeOS, Google Workspace, and modern device management platforms.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with experience supporting diverse endpoint environments, including ChromeOS, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, within a large enterprise setting. The engineer will play a key role in device lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ChromeOS devices using Google Admin Console
- Manage device configurations, policies, and security settings within Google Workspace
- Support and troubleshoot endpoints across ChromeOS, Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
- Administer and maintain MDM/UEM platforms (Omnissa Workspace ONE, Intune, JAMF, or similar)
- Enforce device compliance, security policies, and access controls
- Support BYOD initiatives and ensure proper device enrolment and governance
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application-related issues across enterprise endpoints
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and EUC teams to maintain endpoint health and compliance
- Assist with device provisioning, lifecycle management, and platform improvements
- 3 years of desktop support or endpoint engineering experience in large enterprise environments (1,000 endpoints)
- Hands-on experience with Google Admin Console, ChromeOS management, and Google Workspace
- Experience administering MDM/UEM platforms (Omnissa Workspace ONE, Intune, JAMF, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems (ChromeOS, Windows, macOS, mobile)
- Familiarity with device compliance, endpoint security policies, and BYOD management
- Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments
