Delivery Lead (Onsite)
Primary Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Delivery Lead for our premier client in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Education And Experience »
- Proven experience managing and leading technical delivery teams.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data reporting/analytics platforms.
- Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Track record of successfully delivering Power BI, data reporting, or analytics projects.
- Demonstrated ability to create and present executive-level progress reports and presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Must be local to the greater Louisville, KY area and able to work onsite in Jeffersonville, IN at least 3 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
Delivery Excellence & Team Leadership:
- Engage directly with our technical delivery team to ensure work quality consistently exceeds client expectations.
- Remove roadblocks and provide guidance that enables the team to do their best work.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and present compelling monthly progress updates to client leadership, translating technical achievements into business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor who deeply understands both the client's business and our ongoing projects.
- Build strong relationships across the client organization to maintain pulse on priorities and challenges.
- Actively listen for pain points, challenges, and opportunities within the client organization.
- Develop business cases for additional services and solutions that address client needs.
- Partner with sales and technical teams to scope and propose new revenue opportunities.
- Create executive-level progress reports that clearly communicate status, risks, and wins.
- Maintain visibility into all initiatives and ensure stakeholders have the information they need.
- Leverage data and metrics to demonstrate value and inform decision-making.
