Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile program and project delivery with Jira and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget while aligning to financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate delivery across stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to meet objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective use of Jira.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Report and present project status, metrics, and financials to leadership.
• Drive alignment to financial principles and budget management practices.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of project or program management experience in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with risk mitigation experience.
• Experience preparing executive-ready reports and status presentations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with native Mobile Apps projects or functionality.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP, or PMP certification.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices.
  
  

Role Logistics & Process

• Approved location: Charlotte, NC. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Onsite from day 1.
• Target start: May.
• Interview process: One video interview. No in-person interview required.
• ID verification via Glider.
