Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8 years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with IBM DataStage (8.x/11.x preferred).
- Extensive experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c), SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, CDC, SCD, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
- Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
- Experience with scheduling tools like Autosys, Control-M, or Tidal.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience for ETL jobs and Oracle queries.
- Experience working in production support environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
