Must have 15 years of hands-on Databricks experience and strong command of the Lakehouse architecture.
Expert in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala) with proven performance tuning and optimization skills.
Strong experience in Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and advanced Databricks features.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines on Databricks.
Extensive experience with Azure Databricks (preferred) or AWS/Google Cloud Platform Databricks environments.
Proven track record in data migration, modernization, and large-scale data processing.
Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and real-time/streaming pipelines (Kafka).
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and orchestration tools (ADF, Airflow).
Must be local to Minnesota with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
