Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Database Administrator (SQL Server) to support a large enterprise-level system in Columbia SC.

This role focuses on managing and optimizing SQL Server environments, improving performance and data integrity, and supporting data warehouse and reporting platforms. This is a high-impact, collaborative role with visibility across multiple systems and teams. This is a hybrid position in Columbia, SC.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support SQL Server environments (2016 ).
• Monitor and optimize performance (query tuning, indexing, execution plans).
• Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage database security and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot blocking, deadlocks, and long-running queries.
• Support ETL processes, data warehouse structures, and reporting (Power BI).
• Collaborate with developers to improve stored procedures and data access.
• Assist with data cleanup, integrity, and cross-system standardization.
• Develop scripts and automation for deployments and database maintenance.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• SQL Server DBA experience.
