- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study
- 6 years creating Data Warehouse BI applications (ETL/data mart development, reporting, dashboards, analytics delivery)
- Ability to work cross‑functionally across ETL and BI tasks
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks preferred
- 2 years in Child Welfare Services, Juvenile Justice, Juvenile Services, or related areas
- SQL Assistant / Teradata Studio experience
- Familiarity with PMM/SUITE/Agile methodology
- End‑user training experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) across technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Experience collaborating with Data Modelers and developers to align logical and physical designs
- Application design with focus on reconciliation, performance, and business value
- Leadership: team lead/resource, guiding code development and mentoring staff
- Disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Change management, test plan review, and security incorporation
