Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 10 years of experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services
- Proven experience in business glossary development and metadata management
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and operational workflows
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Create, maintain, and manage enterprise business glossaries and metadata definitions
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to standardize investment management terminology
- Support data governance, metadata management, and data stewardship initiatives
- Review and validate business definitions, data lineage, and governance artifacts
- Understand, document, and optimize investment management business processes and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple investment domains
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive alignment on key business concepts
- Support data quality, regulatory, and governance initiatives across investment platforms
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of business terminology across systems and reporting environments
- Experience with investment management platforms such as Aladdin
- Exposure to enterprise data governance frameworks
- Familiarity with data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Informatica, or similar
- Knowledge of data lineage, data quality, and governance best practices
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or regulatory programs
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong domain expertise in Investment Management
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into business-friendly terminology
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
