Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems
- Maintain and improve data integrity, including identifying, correcting, and preventing data errors
- Clean, validate, and standardize datasets to ensure consistency and reliability
- Utilize Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) to analyze and manage data
- Generate reports and assist with data-driven decision-making
- Communicate with suppliers to gather, verify, and update data as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data processes are followed and improved
- Proactively identify data discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Strong experience with data entry and data management
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: VLOOKUPs; Pivot Tables
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions when needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when interacting with external partners
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Self-reliant and proactive
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Previous experience working with supplier or vendor data
