A Kforce client is looking for a Data Specialist in the Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary AP Specialist to assist our Accounts Payable team with high-volume invoice entry into Sage X3. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and PDF handling, comfortable working with large data sets, and can quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Communicate with team members to clarify invoice issues or exceptions
- 1 years of accounts payable or data entry experience
- Strong Excel skills (filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
- Comfortable working with PDFs and digital filing systems
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
