What You Will Do:
- Enable data / technology transformation through strategy, planning, program management, process development and improvement
- Align intelligence research topics with national security priorities and emerging technology trends through academic, IC, and industry stakeholder engagement.
- Define, document, and enhance operational effectiveness to deliver technology solutions to mission organizations.
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of EIGHT (8) years' of experience in management consulting, program management, or change management
- Experience with organizational or process transformation
- Ability to view problems from multiple angles and apply a variety of solutions to solving them
- Strong stakeholder engagement and technology skills in DoD/IC environment
- Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, other deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Heightened attention to detail, and the ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations.
