Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire initiatives in data and information management, including governance, standardization, and quality.
- Develop enterprise-wide data strategies to support essential business goals and objectives.
- Promote best practices in data systems, ensuring data integrity and reducing redundancy across platforms.
- Facilitate collaboration among technical teams to design architecture solutions supporting new business capabilities.
- Engage and innovate with leadership to identify business opportunities powered by technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years in Business Analysis, System Design, Development, or technical architecture, including 5 years in an Architect role.
- Proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience with data modeling, data lineage, and metadata management tools.
- Working knowledge of analytics, event messaging, and API design best practices.
- Experience in data modeling, especially within the healthcare or PBM industry.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements like HIPAA or PCI.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study.
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as Planview or Sparx.
- Formal training and certifications in Enterprise Architecture.
