Kforce has a client in Walnut Creek, CA that is seeking a Data Engineer.
Summary:
The Data Engineer applies intermediate-level data engineering skills to build, enhance, and maintain the Data Warehouse (EDW) supporting Reporting, Analytics, Agentic AI, and Strategic AI use cases. This role is ideal for an engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Cloud environments, strong Python and Airflow expertise, and prior exposure to telecommunications data platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Google Cloud Platform certifications are a plus, but not required
- Prior experience working on telecommunications or contact center-related data systems, including exposure to Avaya, Genesys, or similar telephony platforms
- Experience working within Agile software development teams
- Google Cloud Storage
- BigQuery
- Airflow (Cloud Composer)
- Python-based data pipelines
