Data Conversion System Analyst (W2 only)

Location: Smithfield, RI (Hybrid)

Introduction:

As a Data Conversion System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the team by handling data conversion processes related to 401(k), Defined Contribution, Mixed Election, and Retirement funds. Your expertise in financial services and banking will be utilized to ensure smooth data transmission and accurate conversion implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data conversion processes for 401(k), Defined Contribution, Mixed Election, and Retirement funds.
• Utilize expertise in financial services and banking to ensure accurate data transmission.
• Specialize in Microsoft Excel to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data conversion implementation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data conversion.
  
  

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor''s Degree preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, 401(k), Defined Contribution, Mixed Election, Retirement funds is highly preferred.
• Solid grasp of Investment industry is needed.
• Must be a “specialist” in Microsoft Excel, with a solid grasp of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access.
• Experience in data transmission protocols (such as SFTP, TSO, etc) is highly preferred.
• 401K experience and understanding of the data conversion implementation processes.

• Background in Financial Services, Banking, 401(k), Defined Contribution, Mixed Election, and/or Retirement funds.
• Ideally looking for a Defined Contribution Conversion Analyst.
