Role Name: Automation Engineer ( Data Conversion / ETL Tester)
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
Validate end to end data migration processes across source and target systems
Develop test scenarios and test cases for ETL mappings transformations and data quality checks
Execute data validation reconciliation and balancing across large datasets
Perform SQL based testing to verify data accuracy completeness and integrity
Identify data defects document issues with clear root cause indicators and work with ETL dev teams for resolution
Conduct pre and post conversion testing including historical data validation and incremental loads
Ensure compliance with business rules transformation logic and data governance requirements
Required Skills
Strong experience in data migration or ETL testing Informatica SSIS DataStage or similar
Proficient in SQL for complex queries joins aggregations and data profiling
Experience with large data sets data warehousing concepts and relational databases
Understanding of business rules data mapping and transformation logic
Hands on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud data platforms Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of automation frameworks for ETL testing
Banking or financial domain experience"
