Location: Sterling, Virginia (Onsite)

Role Overview
The Data Center Technical Operations Engineer will be responsible for engineering operations within a data center. This includes risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management, and metric reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor's Degree or a technical degree from a military or trade school with relevant experience.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience and 0-2 years of management experience.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required, along with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
The pay rate for this position is between $26.00 and $36.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and experience.

- Oversee the on-site accomplishment of tasks with technicians, sub-contractors, and vendors, ensuring all work adheres to established practices.
- Operate and manage routine and emergency services on critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, and cooling systems.
- Assist in the design and build-out of new facilities and projects to increase facility efficiency.
- Manage assets and inventory.
- Support recruiting efforts.
- Deliver quality service and ensure customer demands are met.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or a technical degree from a military or trade school with relevant experience.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience and 0-2 years of management experience.
