About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support large-scale commercial construction projects, including complex, fast-paced builds. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to develop, maintain, and control detailed CPM schedules using P6.
You will play a key role in ensuring critical milestones are met, identifying schedule risks, and supporting project delivery from planning through installation and close-out.

About The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring critical milestones are met, identifying schedule risks, and supporting project delivery from planning through installation and close-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 CPM schedules for active construction projects
- Work directly with Project Managers to track progress and ensure timely execution
- Monitor customer delivery, installation progress, and workload distribution
- Identify schedule variances, risks, open-ended activities, and logic issues
- Maintain project calendars, WBS structure, coding, and activity relationships
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports
- Perform resource loading, earned value measurement, and forecast updates
- Support schedule reviews with client stakeholders and field leadership
- Update critical path, constraints, milestone status, and look-ahead schedules
- Ensure scheduling practices align with project requirements and internal standards
- 2 years hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (EPPM or Professional)
- Commercial construction scheduling experience required
- Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Experience with activity coding, logic ties, WBS structuring, milestones, and baseline control
- Ability to track percent complete, actuals, resource usage, and earned value
- Strong communication skills when working with PMs, superintendents, and clients
- Ability to travel on a structured, recurring schedule (approx. one week per month)
- Experience supporting large infrastructure or data center-type projects
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and field workflows
- Familiarity with resource leveling, schedule risk identification, and variance analysis
- Comfortable in a high-urgency environment where schedule accuracy drives decisions
- Work on high-visibility, large-scale commercial projects
