What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with installing and building out data center infrastructure
- Pull, route, and secure fiber and copper cabling
- Install cable trays, ladder racks, and server racks
- Support termination of cables and basic hardware installation
- Read and follow blueprints and structured work instructions
- Label, organize, and document installed equipment
- Work alongside experienced technicians and team leads
- Follow all safety, quality, and site standards
- Background in construction, electrical, mechanical, or other hands-on trades
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance is critical)
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and active construction sites
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
- Break into the data center / tech industry with no prior experience
- Hands-on training and skill development in fiber, cabling, and hardware installation
