Data Science & Analytics:
- Perform in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
- Work with structured and unstructured data using Python and PySpark.
- Interpret data trends and provide recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Design and implement scalable analytics solutions and data pipelines.
- Define data models, workflows, and architecture aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of analytics systems.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code using Python.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data processing frameworks.
- Work extensively with SQL Server for querying and data manipulation.
- Utilize AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Apply financial services domain knowledge to build relevant analytics solutions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in all ceremonies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts.
- Use tools like GitHub and qTest for version control and test management.
- Communicate technical concepts and analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation, dashboards, and reports for decision-making.
- 10 years of experience in Data Science / Analytics / Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and PySpark.
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and advanced SQL querying.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Financial Services domain.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Exposure to big data technologies and distributed systems.
- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment.
