Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks for automotive datasets, including
- Secure data pipelines used for ingestion, transformation, and analytics (ETL/ELT
- Design and maintain security architecture for analytics environments such as data lakes
- Protect cloud-based analytics infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and implement
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO/SAE 21434, GDPR, CCPA, and TISAX
- Conduct risk assessments and manage third-party/vendor security risks involving
- Secure APIs and data-sharing platforms used across automotive ecosystems
- Oversee identity and access management (IAM) and enforce access controls across
- Lead incident response, investigations, and disaster recovery planning for data-related
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients while leading security initiatives and
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or related
- 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, data security, or data governance in analytics
- Experience with automotive data, IoT systems, or connected vehicle platforms preferred
- Strong knowledge of data security in analytics ecosystems and big data technologies
- Proficiency in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and securing data
- Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2,
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDMP, or cloud security
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage risk
