Contract Details
- Duration: 6 month contract (contract-to-hire potential)
- Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
- Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days work from home
- Location: Downtown Toronto
- Review customer accounts and validate documentation in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Reach out to internal branches and stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete documentation
- Update and maintain customer and account data with a high level of accuracy
- Document findings clearly and consistently to support audit and regulatory requirements
- Support broader regulatory and governance initiatives related to evolving compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow defined processes and regulatory guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks
- Interest in financial services, compliance, or data/operations roles
- Education in Business, Finance, Economics, Data, or a related field
- Internship or co-op experience in banking, operations, or analytics
- Familiarity with regulated environments or documentation reviews
