- 4 years of data analytics experience with strong SQL (MSSQL) skills
- Experience with data analysis, cleansing, validation, and transformation (Alteryx, SSMS)
- Strong experience with data documentation, data mapping, and requirements gathering
- Experience with data governance and metadata management
- Familiarity with Google Cloud data tools (BigQuery, Dataplex)
- Experience with SSIS packages and jobs
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira)
- Strong data profiling and root cause analysis experience

- Gather and document requirements for data use cases in collaboration with stakeholders
- Perform data analysis including cleansing, validation, and transformation
- Design and define data models and relationships for scalable data solutions
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction
- Support database enhancements and logical data design improvements
- Document data lineage, metadata, and data governance artifacts
- Identify and define requirements for data integrity monitoring
- Analyze upstream system changes and assess data impact
- Partner with technology and governance teams to align with enterprise data standards
- Perform data profiling and root cause analysis for data quality issues
- Manage multiple workstreams and deliver data solutions independently
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
